Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
- Hygiene & Safety: Opened, played-with, or stretched squishies are not eligible for return.
- Start a Return: Do NOT send items back to the address on the shipping label. Email help@nuwa-susooo.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide a U.S. return warehouse address and a Return Authorization.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us at help@nuwa-susooo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. A prepaid return label and a refund or replacement will be provided.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
