Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at NUWA Squishy. We have a dedicated U.S. return warehouse to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
1. Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, your squishy must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Due to the nature of sensory toys, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, played with, or stretched, due to hygiene and safety standards.
2. Return Process
DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address on the shipping label.
Please email us at help@nuwasquishy.com with your Order Number and photos of the item you wish to return.
We will provide you with the specific U.S. Return Warehouse address and a Return Authorization.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Customer Choice (Changed Mind/Ordered Wrong Item): The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our U.S. warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Inspections & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our U.S. warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Items returned in a used or damaged state (not due to our error) will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
- Opened or used squishies.
Shipping Policies
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 days, as most of our squishies are handmade with care.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Orders cannot be changed after shipping.
- Delays: Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
