Shipping

• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 days, as most of our squishies are handmade with care.
• Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $50.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Orders cannot be changed after shipping.
• Delays: Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
• Hygiene & Safety: Opened, played-with, or stretched squishies are not eligible for return.
• Start a Return: Do NOT send items back to the address on the shipping label. Email help@nuwa-susooo.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.
• Return Authorization: We’ll provide a U.S. return warehouse address and a Return Authorization.
• Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us at help@nuwa-susooo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. A prepaid return label and a refund or replacement will be provided.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final Sale or Clearance items, Gift cards, and Opened or used squishies.
